In my younger years I was a complete lover of music (mostly rock-n-roll) but as I aged this passion kind of faded out a little ~ probably due to a slowing down of partying, which, to me, went hand-in-hand with music.
Music has again become a big part of my life and I can only relate that to the “newness” I am experiencing in a new relationship. I love lyrics, while he, being a bass player, loves the music. (And yes, I am finally learning to hear the bass within the music)

Great list!! These are *my* kind of music too! =) And LOL about learning to hear the bass in the music! My husband’s a musician too, and he’s tried to teach me to hear the bass/drums/etc in the music at different times too!
